It seems similar to the kids corner concept\u00a0in windows phone 8.<\/p>\n<p>Basically it limits a LOT of the features in the device. Closes it right down to only selected needs. They say this is a great feature for people who need apps in stores, etc.<\/p>\n<p>I see it as a huge step forward for utilising the surface hardware for all sorts of things.<\/p>\n<p>Locking down the hardware to a specific app will allow it to be used from anything such as a meeting room booker hub, a sandwich ordering device, a stock checker, a jukebox, all sorts.<\/p>\n<p>This feature they HAVE to include in the final build.
