My experience in Support opened my eyes to excellent skills and ability when critic issues arise. Normally resulting in a fix to a complicated issue taking no more than a few hours to a maximum of a couple of days.<\/p>\n
My thoughts are now this. What can we do to port that extreme focus and productivity to delivery.<\/p>\n
CI (continuous improvement) is one such vehicle, but does also seem a bit limited when user involvement \/ analysis is required. A crashing of a form or Agile, Critical Support Issue Resolution and CI could result in extreme levels of value added to the business community in very short periods of time.<\/p>\n
Managed correctly I personally feel its the way we can save money, add more value and create high performing, knowledgeable staff and produce more in a faster way…<\/p>\n
