I have a #SurfacePro2 which will no longer charge. #Microsoft recently patched my devices firmware in their #DecemberPatch which has resulted in my, and many many other customers, facing a device, which is mean to be portable now no longer to be away from its charger.
Some have issues with it charging, others randomly seeing a discharge time flick between days and minutes, others seeing the capacity of their battery halve and be charged at 150%!
Given this is meant to be all “in house” in Microsoft (hardware and software) I am astonished they have managed to get it this wrong!
This needs to be fixed. ASAP.
